We want you to love your luxury Veluoré blanket! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:

Ship Your Item – Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item.
Cover Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Return Eligibility:
The blanket must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on final sale or custom-made items.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@veluore.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
